Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces or fragile items, delivery may take up to 10-14 business days to ensure safe handling and specialized transport.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, My Citron ships to all 50 states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, textiles like bedding and towels cannot be returned once opened unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I care for my My Citron products?
Each product comes with a specific care label. Generally, we recommend hand-washing delicate ceramics and using professional cleaning for our hand-woven rugs to maintain their longevity.
What payment methods do you accept?
